Apparently these stairs are wheelchair accessible. At least that’s what this sign seems to imply. Not sure if I’m convinced. Not sure how they’re supposed to get up the stairs afterwards

- Me: Hello!
- She: I am scolding you. Do you understand?
- Me: (confused) Yes. ( I don't know what to do here because I don't know what she's scolding me for [maybe because I'm carrying four bags of trash out?], and now I'm scared to walk down the freshly swept stairs)
- She: (continues sweeping the stairs, looks up at me) Go!
- Me: Okay (walk briskly down the stairs)
