Went to the local team Томь soccer game, the stadium is just around the corner from my apartment. We got free tickets cause they just hired a famous Korean player and he met my korean friends and gave them tickets. It was cold.
We were in the ‘really obsessed fan zone’. Some of them weren’t wearing shirts. Quite often I was frightened that all of the jumping/stomping coupled with the ‘not so brand new/state of the art’ stadium construction would result in our untimely deaths. It didn’t.
I think I learned more curse words in that ninety minutes than my entire seven months here. I bought a scarf to ‘show my support’. Томь lost 0-1 to the current Russian champion, which I guess isn’t so bad.
